Terms, plainly.
Last updated 27 October 2026
These are the rules for using EvolveOS: the app on iPhone and Android, and the website. We've kept them short and written them to be read. By making an account or using EvolveOS, you agree to them. In these terms, "we" and "us" means EvolveOS, and "you" means the person using it.
In short
- EvolveOS is a place to keep track of your money, habits, moods, meals, health and work.
- Keep your password to yourself. What happens in your account is your responsibility.
- What you put in stays yours. We only use it to run the app for you.
- It shows the numbers you enter. It isn't financial, medical or professional advice.
- The first 14 days are free. After that, adding and changing things needs EvolveOS Plus, but you can always see and export your data.
- You can leave at any time: Settings → Delete my account.
What EvolveOS is
EvolveOS brings your money, habits, moods, meals, health and work into one place, on your phone and on the web. You can use it on your own, or share it with one other person, such as a partner.
You must be at least 16 to use EvolveOS.
Your account
You need an account to use EvolveOS. Use an email address that's yours and that you can read, because that's where we send things like password resets.
- Keep your password safe. Don't share it, and don't use one you use anywhere else.
- You're responsible for your account. That includes what anyone does while signed in as you.
- If something looks wrong, such as someone else getting in, reset your password from the sign-in screen and email us.
Your space, and inviting a partner
Each account has its own private space, where everything you add is kept. You can invite one other person into your space with an invite code from Settings. A space holds two people at most.
Everyone in a space can see and change everything in it, including things the app files under one person, like their habits, moods or journal. So only invite someone you're happy to share all of that with. If you join someone else's space, the same is true for you.
If you delete your account while someone shares your space, the space stays for them, with everything in it.
Using it fairly
Please don't:
- use EvolveOS for anything illegal;
- try to get into an account or a space that isn't yours, for example by guessing invite codes;
- overload, disrupt or work around the limits of the service, including with scripts or bots;
- upload anything harmful, such as viruses, or anything you don't have the right to share;
- copy, resell or rebrand the app or its design.
If an account breaks these rules, we may suspend or close it.
Your content stays yours
Everything you put into EvolveOS belongs to you: your entries, notes, journal, photos and files. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it back to you and the people in your space, only so we can run the app. Nothing more.
We don't sell it, we don't advertise with it, and we don't use it to train AI. The Privacy policy explains exactly what's kept and who else touches it. You can take a copy at any time: Settings → Backup & restore → Export.
It isn't advice
EvolveOS shows the numbers you enter, and simple sums worked out from them, like Safe to spend, budgets, net worth or diet targets. That's all it is. It isn't financial, tax, investment, medical, nutritional or any other professional advice. For decisions that matter, talk to someone qualified.
The same goes for what it suggests: workout plans, meal plans, calorie and protein targets, and the insights with a fix to try. They're general ideas worked out from what you entered, not a diagnosis or treatment, and EvolveOS isn't a medical device. Before a new training or eating plan, check with a doctor, especially if you're pregnant, have a health condition or take medicine. Stop and get help if something hurts or feels wrong.
Some things the app shows come from elsewhere and can be wrong. Receipts, payment screenshots, body composition sheets and meal photos are read by AI, so check what it found before you save it; a meal's calories are an estimate. Exchange rates come from public sources and may be out of date.
The service as it is
We work hard to keep EvolveOS running and your data safe. But we can't promise it will always be available, free of mistakes, or that nothing will ever be lost, so keep your own backup from time to time. We provide EvolveOS as it is, and as far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from using it or relying on what it shows. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you that can't be taken away.
Changes to the app
We keep improving EvolveOS, so features may be added, changed or removed. If we ever plan to close EvolveOS, we'll tell you ahead of time, so you can export your data.
The free trial and EvolveOS Plus
A new account gets 14 days of everything, free, with no card needed. After that, adding or changing anything needs EvolveOS Plus. Without it, your space becomes read-only: you can still open the app, see everything in it, export it, and delete your account.
Plus covers your whole space, so a partner you invite shares it. It includes a number of receipt scans and AI requests (such as reading a list you say or type) each month for each person; Settings shows how many are left. When they run out, you can still add everything by hand. We also limit how many can be used in a minute, to stop misuse.
We may give out Plus codes. A code gives Plus for the time it states, can be used only as it says, and can't be exchanged for money.
If you buy Plus, you'll see the price and how often it renews before you pay. Purchases through the App Store or Google Play renew automatically until you cancel them in your App Store or Google Play settings, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
Ending your account
You can stop using EvolveOS at any time. To delete your account, go to Settings → Delete my account. If you're the only person in your space, the space and everything in it is deleted with your account. If someone shares the space, you leave it and your account is deleted; the space stays for them. Export a backup first if you might want anything back.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first and say why.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. If a change matters to how you use EvolveOS, we'll tell you in the app before it applies. If you don't agree with the new terms, you can delete your account.
